RMA Guidelines

RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of box. RMA number is valid for 10 days. After 10 days the RMA# will be cancelled.

If customer fails to return equipment within 10 days of the replacement the customer will pay the full market value of the equipment as invoiced.

An RMA requested for replacement usually ships within about 24 hours, but is not guaranteed to ship on the same day.

Concealed loss, damaged packages, non-delivery or mis-delivery claims must be filed within 3 days from the delivery date.

RMA requests for damaged equipment

You will receive an email with instructions for submitting photos for this RMA, photos must be submitted within 2 days of the RMA request.

All original packaging must be kept. This includes cartons, contents, padding and packaging materials until the claim resolution process is finished. It may be necessary to make the packaging available to the carrier for inspection.
